Swimming pool creation insights
Design and Engineering:
We work with you to determine the look and feel of the pool, the project cost and execution timeframe, after the contract has been signed, we will begin the initial phase of securing permits for the project.
Layout & Excavation:
While building the pool layout we mark off and lay out the area and will bring in heavy equipment to begin dirt removal, leading to creation of the pool perimeter.
Plumbing & Electrical Work
A vital phase is accommodating the plumbing and electrical for the pool in the excavated area as per the design specifications, services lines are added in case the pool requires heating.
Concretization:
The concrete or gunite will be applied to the rebar and the steel grid pattern forming the shell of your swimming pool, during this phase, any sun shelves, or benches will be installed.
Landscaping, Tile & Rock:
Waterline line, rocks and boulders will be installed after the concrete has cured, tiling is added to provide a smooth surface and also give it an elegant look and feel.
Testing and Curing:
We then begin filling of the pool and testing of all equipment, along with completion of any other landscaping options. on filling the pool, we add chemicals to purify the pool.
